腾讯科技讯1月30日消息，据韩联社援引相关媒体报道称，去年创业绩新高的SK海力士将于1月30日至2月1日向管理岗员工发放高达基本工资17倍的绩效奖金。因工会前日开会否决了与资方进行集体谈判达成的包括发放17个月基本工资在内的涨薪协议草案，生产岗年终奖发放时间被推迟。
海力士工会成员称，尽管公司在2018年的年度营收利润创下新高，接近20.8万亿韩元(约186亿美元)，销售额高达40.4万亿韩元，连续第二年突破历史最高记录，但是年终奖与上一年的16倍基础工资几乎不相上下。
