Abstract: Cervical cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women. The incidence rate and mortality rate of cervical cancer are fourth worldwide. Radical surgery for cervical cancer is the main treatment for early patients. With the continuous progress of medical level and the innovation of treatment point of view， a number of new concepts and technologies led by the new q-m classification of cervical cancer surgery have been introduced and applied in clinic， making the surgery develop in the direction of accuracy. This paper makes a detailed analysis on the accurate selection and implementation of radical surgery for cervical cancer.
