MDS也叫骨髓增生异常综合征，是起源于造血干细跑的一组异质性髓系克隆性疾病，特点是髓系细胞分化及发育异常，表现为无效造血，难治性血细胞减少，造血功能衰竭，高风险向急性髓系白血病转化。患者（一）：我家小孩一直以来都很健康的，可是最近他老是头晕，脸色也比较苍白。

新京报讯（记者王卡拉）5月5日，FibroGen（珐博进）宣布，罗沙司他用于治疗输血依赖性低风险骨髓增生异常综合征（MDS）患者贫血的Ⅲ期临床研究MATTERHORN未达到主要疗效终点。继2021年在美上市失败后，珐博进在罗沙司他新适应症开发上再次受挫。
也是由于白血病细胞抑制了骨髓里边红系的增生，造成红细胞的生成减少，而出现贫血，所以骨髓增生异常性贫血往往都是一些恶性疾病，MDS也就是骨髓增生异常综合症，是白血病的前期阶段，如果说治疗不及时，治疗不得当，就有可能发展为白血病，但是都可以造成贫血，而MDS造成的贫血，我们称为难治性贫血。
