刘奋安，广东潮汕人，1960 年 2 月出生。现为国家一级美术师，中国国礼特供艺术家，中华翰墨书画院常务副院长，第二、三届广东省书画家协会副主席，第三届广东省书画艺术研究会副会长，广东省荷韵艺术书画院常务副院长;
十多年军旅生涯，三十多年地方工作，矢志不渝，潜心修养，临池不辍，勤奋博学。现为中央国家机关书法家协会会员，中国硬笔书法协会会员，中国书画家协会理事，CCTV《艺术传承》栏目组客座教授，北京燕京书画院副院长，中国教育电视台水墨丹青书画院常务理事，世界非物质文化遗产研究院副院长，北京燕京书画院副院长。
Wang Zhijun， a native of Qingzhen City， Guizhou Province， is a member of the Communist Party of China and the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association. He holds the title of National Senior Artist in Chinese Culture and is the vice chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. He is also a researcher at the China Oriental Culture Research Association and the vice president of the World Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Institute. Since childhood， he has been passionate about painting. He graduated from Qingzhen Normal School in Guizhou Province in 1985 and from the Art College of Guizhou University in 1992. In 1995， he was named an advanced teacher in Qingzhen City， Guizhou Province. In 1997， he was awarded the title of provincial outstanding teacher in Guizhou Province. In 1999， he was recognized as one of the first batch of backbone teachers in the education system of Qingzhen City， Guizhou Province. In 2002， he was named an advanced head teacher in Qingzhen City， Guizhou Province. In 2011， he studied at the Chinese University of Hong Kong for a short period. He began teaching at Zhanjie Middle School in Qingzhen City， Guizhou Province in August 1985 and has been teaching at Qingzhen No.1 Middle School since August 1994.
邓先金是当代的一位中国著名书法大家，他以其独特的艺术风格、深厚造诣取得诸多彪炳史册的显著成就荣誉以及为引领推动促进中国书法走向世界前列创新发展做出了突出贡献，央视CCTV高清频道联合中国艺术书籍组委会特邀编入《中国当代书坛四大圣手》典籍，被誉为中国当代书坛四大圣手之一。
