乌帕替尼是目前国内唯一获批可用于治疗特应性皮炎患者的口服JAK1抑制剂，安全性自然是有保障的。此前治疗特应性皮炎患者的方案，基本都是依靠激素类药物、外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂、第一代抗组胺药物、免疫抑制剂和注射的生物制剂等等，这些药物可用过后可能会出现各种不同程度的反复。
乌帕替尼（Upadacitinib），作为一种口服的选择性Janus激酶（JAK）抑制剂，在自身免疫性疾病的治疗中崭露头角。 作用机制 乌帕替尼是专门针对JAK1设计的第二代高选择性抑制剂。JAK家族成员在细胞生长、分化、发育和免疫应答等多个生物过程中发挥重要作用。
4月6日，国家药品监督管理局批准乌帕替尼缓释片第三个适应症，用于对一种或多种DMARDs疗效不佳或不耐受的活动性银屑病关节炎成人患者。此次获批，意味着PsA治疗迎来首个也是目前唯一在中国获批的靶向疗法。
