新快报讯 记者陈洁报道 近日，广州消费者张女士（化姓）向新快报记者反映，她在2021年先后向赴美生子中介机构美福嘉儿医疗管理集团有限公司（以下简称“美福嘉儿”）支付了71800元，办理赴美生子业务，其中包括签证办理费用16000元和部分赴美生子项目费用55800元。
