采峰别墅，建于民国，由马来西亚华侨杨鸿斌先生出资建造，别墅背对乌石山，面向藤山，左有鼓山，右有旗山，号称“采五峰之灵气”，故名“采峰别墅”。占地约3000平方米，是福州目前保存最为完好的近代中西合璧民居建筑，具有很高的文物保护价值。
