中医针灸教学里面，有个难点就是穴位的查找定位，穴位的定位也有区别，大概有骨度分寸定位法、手指同身寸定位法、简便定位法这几种，难度是从难到易。对于没有学过针灸的普通人来说，想要去定位某个穴位，最容易的便是手指同身寸定位法、简便定位法这两种。
