The relative positions and angles of the shafts are usually uninformed. It is equivalent to a parallel coordinate diagram， with the axes arranged radially.
对于测完后得到的XRD数据，主要是两种文件格式，一种是XRD的RAW文件格式，另外一种是UXD文件格式，其中RAW文件格式需要用JADE软件才能打开，但TXT.UXD文件可以用写字板打开，进行下一步转换后，可以用Origin进行绘图。
