文 | 闫硕胶质瘤是一种罕见的恶性脑肿瘤，在我国，胶质瘤年发病率为5/10万～8/10万，5年病死率在全身肿瘤中仅次于胰腺癌和肺癌。由于缺乏有效的治疗策略和血脑屏障的阻碍，近十年来胶质瘤的研究进展非常缓慢，目前治疗以手术和术后放化疗为主。
