第一章总则第一条为了进一步规范招生工作，坚持依法招生，保证招生工作正常顺利进行，依据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法》和教育部及有关部门的有关规定，并结合学校实际情况，特制定本章程。
向阳，男，1970年10月出生，土家族，理学博士，副教授。设计并生长了双异质结HPT和基区组分缓变HPT，成功制备出高增益器件，2017年4月在SCI期刊physica status solid A发表论文一篇，2017年申请省教育厅青年项目一项，2019年申请发明专利一项。
