Zheng Hexin, with the literary name of Dongbaishanren, was born in 1960. A member of the Communist Party of China, he engaged in calligraphy work for 40 years and retired honorably in 2021. 秦翥翊,男,1947年生,广西阳朔人,大专文化,1966年就职于阳朔县园林管理所,曾任所长,技术部主任,国家一级高级技师,阳朔县政协二、三、四、五届政协委员,1980年先后创作了不少盆景作品,分别被《盆景制作与养护》和《图解山水盆景制作》、尤其是‘绿云清韵’作品刊登于人民画报1980第四期封底,同时被电影‘盆景艺术欣赏’专题片选入播放,1985年受广西区盆协委托,主持创作了大型长卷山水盆景艺术评比展览大赛中获一等奖为广西赢得荣誉。
