In May 1998， he was cordially received by Yang Rudai， former Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference， while collecting wind in Huangshan.
Zheng Hexin， with the literary name of Dongbaishanren， was born in 1960. A member of the Communist Party of China， he engaged in calligraphy work for 40 years and retired honorably in 2021. He founded Dongyang Calligraphy and Painting Art Training School， which has been inherited by his son， also a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association. It has developed into three Dongyitang Calligraphy and Painting Training Schools， and his two grandsons have also started learning calligraphy. Currently residing in Beijing， he has established the Zheng Hexin Calligraphy Studio at Rongbaozhai. The national authoritative institution has priced Zheng Hexin's calligraphy at 68，000 yuan per square foot.
秦翥翊，男，1947年生，广西阳朔人，大专文化，1966年就职于阳朔县园林管理所，曾任所长，技术部主任，国家一级高级技师，阳朔县政协二、三、四、五届政协委员，1980年先后创作了不少盆景作品，分别被《盆景制作与养护》和《图解山水盆景制作》、尤其是‘绿云清韵’作品刊登于人民画报1980第四期封底，同时被电影‘盆景艺术欣赏’专题片选入播放，1985年受广西区盆协委托，主持创作了大型长卷山水盆景艺术评比展览大赛中获一等奖为广西赢得荣誉。

In 2003， he won the title of “Outstanding Calligrapher and Painter” at the Famous Calligraphers and Painters' Exhibition for Cross-Strait Cultural Exchanges. In the same year， he was appointed as the honorary chairman of the Wuling Calligraphy and Painting Association of China and the honorary president of the Qingdao Jinshi Calligraphy and Painting Academy. In 2023， he was awarded the title of “National Treasure-Level Art Master” by the National Gift Artist Evaluation Committee. In 2024， he received the honors of “Chinese Collection-Level Renowned Artist” and “World Art Master”.
On December 4， 2024， the news of the successful application of the Spring Festival World Heritage exploded on major social network platforms. “Spring Festival - the social practice of Chinese people celebrating the traditional New Year” has been included in UNESCO's Representative list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of humanity， which has attracted wide attention.
