Abstract: A new pattern of China's economy emerges， featuring an increasing proportion of the digital and service form due to fast digital economy development. However， the current macro policies are not entirely applicable to the new pattern in sight of problems like differentiation and incoordination during the process. This paper proposes measures to address these issues， such as formulating targeted industrial policies， market entity policies， and model innovations， which promote the coordinated development of diverse economic forms， thereby enabling the economy to achieve a new round of high-quality development in the medium to long term.
中国经济已经从高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段，党的二十届三中全会强调，“高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务”。为了更好地实现高质量发展，“必须完善宏观调控制度体系，统筹推进财税、金融等重点领域改革，增强宏观政策取向一致性”。
