从7月下旬来到礼泉县人民法院学习，通过这段时间的学习，感觉自己收获颇多，第一周在我院政治部学习，在院领导和其他同事的耐心指导和无私帮助下，我不仅熟悉了法院工作的内容、性质、部门组成，还学习了我院各项工作纪律、规章制度等，通过一周的学习，使我对法院工作以及法官助理岗位职责有了一定的认识。
