之前我们说了卷轴打开图画的效果PPT动画教程1：制作卷轴打开国画效果 ，今天我们来制作一个类似落英缤纷或者雪花飞舞，雨点滴落等的动画效果。还是老规矩，PP君先上最后效果图那么要做出这样一个效果，需要一些什么基础呢？

1982年11月第一届中国菊花品种展览会期间，中国园艺学会、中国花卉盆景协会在上海召开了菊花品种分类学术讨论会，讨论花期在10月1日以后、花头直径在10厘米以上的晚秋菊品种分类问题，确定以花瓣、花型两级作为分类的主要依据，初步确定菊花共分为五个，包括30个花型和13个亚型，使得菊花品种归类分型逐步统一起来。
2022年11月11日，花瓣网已经成立11周年了，在此花瓣向我们透露了今年大的方向与产品升级。据了解，花瓣网自2021年10月起重新组建了产品研发团队，并着重聚焦于用户体验提升、灵感获取和管理效率方向的工作，在2022年1月29日发布了新版花瓣网，为用户提供更优质的服务。
