10月8日，“西安一女孩地铁站晕倒众人救助，陌生女子蹲地3分钟全程呵护”的视频在网络走红。视频中，一名身着黑衣的女子在西安“钟楼站”地铁站台倒地，一名绿衣女子、一名灰衣男子、一名白衣男子，以及两名身着地铁工作制服的人员对倒地女子实施救助。

近日，西安地铁内因发生争执，一名女性乘客被地铁安保人员强制拖离车厢。《人民法院报》也在微博发表评论认为，“西安地铁工作人员的执法权是有限的，仅限于警告和罚款。遇到紧急情况，工作人员可以报警处理，而不能自作主张采取超越自己职权的执法行为”。
