China will promote the green development of the Belt and Road， strengthening international cooperation on the issue， according to a guideline issued recently by the National Development and Reform Commission and three relevant departments. China aims to form a green development pattern for the initiative by 2030 ， said the guideline.

The program involves China Southern Airlines， China Eastern Airlines and Air China.
