结直肠癌是我国常见且高发的恶性肿瘤之一。2020中国癌症统计报告显示，我国结直肠癌发病率和死亡率在全部恶性肿瘤中分别位居第二和第五。在肠癌中占比超过90%以上的微卫星稳定型/错配修复正常（pMMR/MSS）患者，无法从免疫单药治疗中获益。
