很多在一线城市打拼的人，都会有这种感受：长时间不回家，突然回去时，和亲戚、朋友在一起好像没有共同话题，无法交流。我也有亲身体会，有一次兴致勃勃地去参加同学会，却发现自己无法融入其中。并不是说大家感情淡薄，过往的同学情依然历历在目，我依然非常珍惜。
对于我们整个人类来说，生命应是没有止境的，物质也是永恒发展的。面对宇宙，人是多么的渺小，而每一个微小的个体也代表着一个世界，从卑微的个体生命可以清楚看到整个生命力，正如我曾经写过的一篇文章《一花一世界》。
译文:When we are awake， we no longer like those unrealistic talks. Because when we are talking， we have to think about whether our actions match with what we're saying. If they don't match， we'd better not speak rant. The rant is harmful and useless. Thoughts can fly very high， but actual behavior can determine the direction where we want to go. Gorgeous words and embroidered imitations are far from our behavior. Such an impractical language can never fill up the empty world.

These five desires are human instincts. Yes， we are the vulgar people who fall into the world with five base desires. But we are also intelligence. The five base desires lead to selfishness. But selfishness is only temporal. The sage Lao Tzu said in the Tao Te Ching that “the world is vast and everlasting， and it can live forever because it is not selfish.” Laozi told us clearly the reason why the heaven and the earth exist for so long is because heaven and the earth have no desire.

何为善良？现在年轻人流行一句口头禅：我劝你善良。兴许只是一句玩笑，但不可否认的是：无论在任何年代，“善”都是人类社会的一种美德，《道德经》有言“善者吾善之，不善者吾亦善之，德善”，讲的是真正善的人，无论别人对他好还是不好，他都会保持善良，这就是德善。
无我、利他、专一、守信selflessness,altruism,specialization,trustworthiness.说到“无我”，首先我们要认清“无我”的概念。无是没有，是不存在，是虚无。我是有，是存在，是真实。一个人要真正做到利他，其思想和行为必须上升到无我的境界。
Adherence to reading the Tao Te Ching every day really brings us great benefits. The classics are composed of characters， but the Lao Tzu's wisdom contained in the text is the most important “fruit”. We read the classic every day. In fact， we are learning the wisdom of the sages. Do one thing repeatedly every day， and we will gain energy from it.
