理由不是用来说明原因的，而是解决问题的如果停留在“理由是用来说明原因的”这个层次，应该客观、真实地给出理由。但无论是从解决问题本身出发，还是从态度、情感、尊严等人性角度考虑，简单地给出理由并不是高明的办法，甚至把事情弄得更糟。
