病例摘要（一）患者男，45岁。因渐进性气促、胸闷1月余入院。24年前曽因颈部淋巴结肿大行左颈部淋巴结活检，病理结果阴性。现病史：大量饮酒后出现右胁部及后背胀痛，半月后查血、尿淀粉酶升高。按急性胰腺炎行禁食及胃肠减压，静脉营养支持治疗。
