内容提要:《Nature》杂志隶属于自然出版集团,是一个商业性质的杂志。所以我们经常会看到《Nature》的商业推广等一系列商业操作,毕竟是个盈利的机构,但是《Science》很低调,它毕竟隶属于非营利性机构,但学术影响依然强大无比。

Abstract:Improved electron injection through passivation of defects at the titanium oxide interface has boosted the efficiency of mesoporous perovskite solar cells. In these devices, a layered mesoporous scaffold of carbon, titanium dioxide, and zirconium dioxide filled with perovskite has a band alignment that separates charges without a hole-transporter layer. Liu et al. passivated defects on titanium dioxide with ammonium phosphate to improve electron injection. The resulting decrease in charge recombination boosted the power-conversion efficiency to about 22%. Devices maintained 97% of their initial efficiency after 750 hours of maximum power point tracking at 55°C.
Abstract:Hydrogen –bonding catalysis has recently proven useful for activating carbon-chlorine bonds to form just one of two possible mirror-image products. Forbes and Jacobsen now extend this approach to desymmetrization of phosphorus dichloride compounds. Using chiral urea catalysts, the authors could displace just one of two chlorides with an amine, thereby producing a versatile P intermediate. Subsequent selective displacement of the remaining chloride and/or amine offers access to a wide range of chiral-at-P compounds, a class of increasing pharmaceutical interest.
