艾美捷Jackson辣根过氧化物酶HRP标记亲和纯化山羊抗大鼠IgG二抗背景资料:HRP是一种分子量达44000的糖蛋白，由无色的酶蛋白和深棕色的铁卟啉结合而成，通常来源于辣根植物中，是临床检验试剂中的常用酶。
人半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂S是一种分泌型蛋白，属于II型半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂，就能与包被的抗-CST4单抗结合，并且与辣根过氧化物酶标记的抗-CST4单克隆抗体结合形成复合物，加入TMB底物后产生显色反应。
